Are you concerned that your local jurisdiction is breaking state housing law? Want to check and see if your jurisdiction has an HCD-approved ADU ordinance? HCD’s Housing Accountability Unit (HAU) enforces state housing laws to meaningfully and positively impact the provision of housing in all communities across the state.
